Ahhh what an amazing way to celebrate 10 years of marriage, 3,652 days, 3 beautiful children, and a life full of memories!
When Ericka reached out to me a year ago wanting me to document their 10 year anniversary I was so excited! We planned out their attire head to toe together and then I went scouting. I found a brand new beach location that was beyond gorgeous! More secluded, lush greenery that made flat NJ look like it has rolling hills, and the best part was the gorgeous sunset draping over it! It was destined for perfection! Little did we know the weather had other plans and we got rained out with thunderstorms so we had to reschedule. Just two days later we were blessed with these beautiful skies, happy and playful children, and that one of a kind tear jerking love! Yes! Ericka and Eddie are like one of those love stories you see in the movies—so in love still after all these years.
The session started as an adventure through the “jungle” as the kids got more and more excited playing in the sand, laughing, and running with the ocean breeze.
As we approached the beach I snapped a few photos before anyone got wet. Everyone was ready to get in that water! And we did, including me to get that shot! As the clouds kept changing and the sun showed her glory we had the session dreams are made of.
It was such an honor documenting this milestone in your marriage. Look at that beautiful life you two built together! Happy Anniversary! One decade down! Forever to go
